Ribbon-Cutting for Highland Park Reporting Center Expansion
About This Project
ComEd contracted the Machine to plan a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for an expansion that doubled the footprint of its Highland Park Reporting Center. The event included a meet and greet with light breakfast, remarks by ComEd leadership and Highland Park’s Mayor Rotering, a formal Ribbon-Cutting, and a tour of the facility.
Working with a cross-functional team at ComEd, the Machine planned and produced the event on a rush schedule of under four weeks. Project deliverables included catering, flowers, and balloons, plus printed and digital design projects such as event signage, a guest handout, and a photo slideshow.
